Visit of Delfan County Officials to the Dormitory of Noorabad Higher Education Center

During the visit of the esteemed Governor of Delfan County to the dormitory of the Noorabad Higher Education Center, which took place on 12/12/97, the center's students raised their issues and concerns with him.
